A contract manager experienced in aged and community care will be appointed specifically to work with you to ensure qualified team members are matched to meet the specific requirements of the job. Our customer service team is on-hand 24/7 for bookings or to handle any unexpected staffing needs.

Recruitment and Assessment
Our candidates are sourced through direct recruitment locally or through our overseas offices as well as through our close ties with leading education providers such as Universities, Colleges and RTO's in Australia.

We work closely with institutes that delivers Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Certificate IV in Aged Care and Certificate IV in Home and Community Care. We source graduates who meet our strict recruitment requirements.

Education and Training
Healthcare Staffing Solutions has an ongoing commitment to education and training of all staff to ensure the highest professional, clinical and personal skills are maintained.

All aged and community care staff undertake and complete Clinical Skill Assessments every 12 months and Core Competency Assessments every six months.
