Recruitment and Clinical Assessment
Healthcare Staffing Solutions is committed to a program of rigorous screening and assessment for all our hospital team members to ensure our workforce is of the highest calibre and standards.
Our recruitment process is based around five key checkpoints designed to screen candidates and assess their individual clinical, personal and professional attributes. Education and Training
Healthcare Staffing Solutions has an ongoing commitment to education and training. All nursing staff undertake and complete Clinical Skill Assessments every 12 months and Core Competency Assessments every six months based on their area of specialisation and practice.
