A majority of our nursing staff are exclusively registered with Healthcare Staffing Solutions which allows the placement of the same nurse to a hospital, shift and ward for 90% of our bookings.

An experienced contract manager will be appointed specifically to work with you to ensure qualified team members are matched to meet the specific requirements of the job. Our customer service team is on-hand 24/7 for bookings or to handle those unexpected staffing needs.

Recruitment and Clinical Assessment
Healthcare Staffing Solutions is committed to a program of rigorous screening and assessment for all our hospital team members to ensure our workforce is of the highest calibre and standards.

Our recruitment process is based around five key checkpoints designed to screen candidates and assess their individual clinical, personal and professional attributes. Please speak with an Account Manager about our recruitment and assessment process which may be integrated or tailored to meet your specific needs.

Education and Training
Healthcare Staffing Solutions has an ongoing commitment to education and training. All nursing staff undertake and complete Clinical Skill Assessments every 12 months and Core Competency Assessments every six months based on their area of specialisation and practice.
